Failed to Connect to Surplife App
1. Make sure the flood lights are powered on.
2. Confirm the BT and phone location are enabled on your smartphone.
note: if someone else’s blutooth device has been connected, please power off according to the system prompt.
Can Not Use Remote Control
1. Turn it on again
2. Confirm whether it corresponds to the remote control used
3. Confirm that the remote control has not been matched by other products of the same type
4. Check that the remote control battery is charged
The Floodlight Does Not Light Up
1. Due to the memory function, if the last use was turned off with the remote control, the next use can only be turned on with the remote control after powering on or continuously plug and unplug several times to turn it on.
2. Failure to connect the DC interface correctly resulted in the floodlight not being able to power on. Please pay attention to our installation video.
